Our factory is located in Hokkaido, Japan, where the cool climate and rich natural resources makes it an ideal place for producing chocolates of excellent quality.

ROYCE' chocolate is not certified Halal as some of our chocolates contain liquor. However, the majority of our chocolate selection is entirely liquor-free. Please see below for a list of ROYCE' chocolates selection which contains liquor.

Only some ROYCE' Chocolate contain liquor. These items are Nama Au lait, Nama White, Nama Champagne, Nama Bitter, Nama Maccha, Nama Whisky and Rum Raisin Bar Chocolate. All other items DO NOT contain liquor.

Please follow the expiry date stickered on each product. Nama and Potatochip chocolate has 1 month expiry whilst all other products has 3 month expiry.

Nama chocolate must be stored in the refrigerator when it’s not being consumed. All other products can be stored at cool room temperature, dry place and away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Should you prefer it cold, you may also refrigerate your other products. But then again we think you’ll actually finish it before you can even store it.

Nama Chocolate is a velvety smooth 'fresh' ganache chocolate, containing at least double the amount of cream usually found in conventional chocolates. With fresh cream only found in Hokkaido mixed with hints of liquors, these give Nama chocolate its distinctively silky palate and smooth texture, allowing it to melt slowly on your tongue. We offer 8 kinds of Nama Chocolate on a regular basis.

With proper storage, the shelf life of Nama Chocolate is 1 month. We recommend keeping your Nama Chocolate refrigerated and consuming it as soon as possible.

Ideally Nama chocolate should be kept chilled in the refrigerator below 10·C. But, if you want to enjoy Nama Chocolate as an "ice cream", you can most definitely freeze it.

We recommend Nama Mild Cacao (milk chocolate) or Nama Ghana Bitter (dark chocolate) as they are completely liquor free.

Depending on weather conditions, it takes approximately 4 to 5 hours for the cooling gel (included with each purchase of Nama chocolate) to lose its effectiveness. After this, please store Nama chocolate in the refrigerator.

A unique salty-sweet combination of crispy ridged potato chips and chocolate coated on one side. This is also one of our best selling items.

To maintain the crispiness of Potatochip Chocolates, the shelf life of Potatochip Chocolate is 1 month. We recommend storing Potatochip Chocolates in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

Pure Chocolate are round discs of chocolate bursting with the flavour of premium cacao beans sourced carefully from around the world. Each box of Pure Chocolate contains a set of 2 flavours, 20 pieces each, and a total of 40 individually wrapped round chocolate pieces.

Unfortunately, for now we can only deliver to cities in which the delivery service ‘Paxel’ delivers to. The reason being that ‘Paxel’ offers refrigerated delivery whilst other delivery services do not. As our goods are highly temperature sensitive, this is the only method of delivery we offer for cities outside of Jakarta. Please note for deliveries outside of Jakarta, the purchase of extra Styrofoam box is mandatory.
