All sales are final. No returns, refunds, nor exchanges are allowed unless it is a production issue or stated otherwise by ROYCE' Chocolate Indonesia.
Should you have any issues regarding your order, please contact us within 5 days from the date you receive your product. Please be advised that ROYCE' Chocolate Indonesia may require you to submit supporting documentation such as a written detailed report and photo/s via email.
ROYCE' Chocolate Indonesia is not responsible for deliveries of packages that are lost or misdelivered and/or orders returned to us due to invalid/incorrect addresses and/or non-compliance to our Shipping & Delivery Guidelines.
