ROYCE' Chocolate Indonesia thrives to ensure that your order arrives in its optimal condition; which is why all our products are delivered with insulated Bubble wraps. All purchase of Nama chocolate will include dry ice and cooling bag. 

Jakarta:

Because of how delicate our products are, the delivery option we provide is only Gosend Instant. Our delivery charge is dependent on your location and payment for delivery will only be Cash on Delivery. 

Outside of Jakarta:

For cities outside of Jakarta, the delivery service we use is only Paxel. Unfortunately, if Paxel is not available for your city, we will not be able to deliver to you. Please also note that delivery for cities outside of Jakarta, the purchase of a Styrofoam box must be included.

We only deliver to addresses in Indonesia; we do not ship internationally. 

Delivery Timing 

All orders shall be processed and delivered to customers within 7 working days.

Orders placed and received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), will be processed the next working day (Monday).

Delivery hours are between 10.00am – 5.30pm daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
